The Chairman Board of Governors of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), Syed Qamar Raza, has issued a special letter of appreciation to Shahryar Sandhu, a prominent Pakistani community leader based in Bando Shi, Japan, in recognition of his outstanding hospitality, excellent arrangements, and remarkable efforts in mobilizing the Pakistani community during the chairman’s recent visit to Japan.
According to the letter issued from Islamabad on April 6, 2026, the OPF Chairman highly praised Shahryar Sandhu for his meticulous organization of community meetings and his exceptional role in bringing together the Pakistani community for various events. He noted that Shahryar’s dedication, enthusiasm, and tireless commitment played a vital role in making the Japan visit highly productive, meaningful, and successful.


The letter further highlighted that such sincere efforts greatly strengthen the bond among overseas Pakistanis and contribute significantly toward achieving collective milestones in serving the community. It added that these services not only help resolve community issues but also positively support Pakistan’s progress and development.
Syed Qamar Raza also commended Shahryar Sandhu’s deep sense of responsibility, patriotism, and continued cooperation, expressing confidence that this shared mission of serving overseas Pakistanis will continue to grow stronger in the future.
