In a significant move towards enhancing transparency and efficiency in governance, the Enquiries and Anti-Corruption Establishment (E&ACE) Sindh has signed an agreement with Sukkur IBA University for the development and implementation of a state-of-the-art Complaint Management System (CMS). The agreement, valued at Rs. 144.118 million, was signed by the Chairman of E&ACE and Mr. Asif Ahmed Sheikh, Vice Chancellor of Sukkur IBA University, at a formal ceremony held at the E&ACE headquarters.

The one-year agreement aims to fully automate and digitize all offices of the Anti-Corruption Establishment across Sindh province. A key component of the initiative is the introduction of a modern CMS platform, which will enable citizens to lodge complaints digitally, while providing officials with the tools to manage grievances swiftly and effectively.

Designed to improve transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, the CMS will be accessible via a dedicated web portal as well as Android and iOS mobile applications. By streamlining the process of complaint handling, the system seeks to reduce delays in addressing public concerns, enhance the overall performance of anti-corruption officers, and foster a culture of good governance throughout the province.

Officials said that this digital transformation will not only empower citizens to raise their voices against corruption but also ensure that timely action is taken on public grievances. The system is expected to bridge the gap between the public and the government, making the entire grievance redressal process more transparent and citizen-friendly.
