Acting Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan has urged the British government to take a more active role in resolving the Kashmir and Palestine conflicts. During his meeting with UK Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons, Nusrat Ghani, he highlighted the continued human rights violations in both regions as major obstacles to global peace.
“The continued occupation and human rights violations in Palestine and Kashmir demand international attention,” Syedaal Khan said, emphasizing Pakistan’s principled stance in favor of a peaceful and just resolution. He called on the UK to use its global influence to address these issues under international law and UN resolutions.

Nusrat Ghani acknowledged the significance of peaceful conflict resolution and emphasized the UK’s commitment to international stability and human rights. While discussions primarily focused on bilateral economic and parliamentary cooperation, the humanitarian crises in Kashmir and Palestine remained key points of concern.
The meeting underscored Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts to raise awareness about the Kashmir dispute and seek international mediation. It ended with both leaders expressing their commitment to continued engagement on global issues, including peace, democracy, and human rights advocacy.
