Deputy Chairman of the Senate, Syedal Khan Nasir, has declared that following India’s defeat in the recent Pakistan-India conflict, terrorism in Balochistan is nearing its end. Speaking exclusively to Daily Jang, Nasir emphasized that Operation Bunyān al-Marsūs, launched by Pakistan’s armed forces, decisively shattered India’s military and strategic ambitions in the region.
“India is directly responsible for fueling terrorism in Balochistan through its proxies. Now that it has suffered a crushing defeat, these networks are collapsing,” he said. Nasir credited the professionalism and resilience of Pakistan’s armed forces and intelligence agencies for dismantling Indian-backed terror cells and restoring order in the province.

He added that Balochistan, long targeted by external actors seeking to destabilize Pakistan, is now on the path to peace and prosperity. “Our nation has proven once again that no external force can undermine Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,” he said.
Syedal Khan Nasir asserted that India’s hybrid war tactics had failed, and that Operation Bunyān al-Marsūs not only exposed India’s covert operations but also ensured that terrorism would no longer threaten Pakistan’s internal security.
“Soon, Balochistan will emerge as a beacon of stability and development,” he concluded.
