Ambassador-Designate Abdul Hameed Meets President of SOKENDAI University to Discuss Academic Collaboration

Tokyo, October 20 — The Ambassador-designate of Pakistan to Japan, Mr. Abdul Hameed, held a productive meeting with the President of SOKENDAI (The Graduate University for Advanced Studies), Mr. Takashi Nagata, to explore avenues for academic and research collaboration between Pakistan and Japan.

During the meeting, both sides discussed potential areas of cooperation, including student and faculty exchanges, joint research projects, and capacity-building programs in advanced scientific and technological fields. Mr. Abdul Hameed emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening educational linkages with Japan’s leading institutions and promoting collaboration that fosters innovation and mutual understanding.
